What We Did
Subtle Reply allows businesses to automatically engage with Reddit users at the exact moment they express interest or mention problems that align with their offerings. By combining AI messaging with keyword and subreddit monitoring, the platform drives organic conversations that convert. We were brought in to enhance the backend architecture for scale, support user accounts and projects, and lay the foundation for subscription monetization.

AI Integration
AI is at the heart of Subtle Reply. For each project, the platform injects a business description and contextual info into the OpenAI prompt to create persuasive replies. These replies are triggered automatically based on live Reddit content. This makes marketing personal, scalable, and invisible to users.
Backend Architecture & Scalability
We restructured the backend using FastAPI and PostgreSQL to support a growing number of users, background tasks, and high-frequency Reddit monitoring. A flexible API routing system was created, enabling frontend teams to integrate effortlessly using our shared specs.
User System & Dashboard
We implemented a complete authentication system with user and admin roles, password reset, email verification, and referral tracking. Each user's dashboard lets them manage their projects and track Reddit engagement metrics.
